There are 2 parts to the book. Part 1: The Big Picture and Part 2: The Details. Part 1 is an overview of the Intentional Marketing System - a quick read.
Part 2 describes the 5 Phases and 12 Steps of the entire Intentional Marketing System. Phase 1 involves getting prepared and launching the remaining Phases.
Phases 2 and 3 outline how to set up a system to measure and analyze a marketing system. We call this looking inside the model.
Phase 4 describes how to classify and align your company's situation based on 3 components: the product, the market, and marketing. We call this looking outside the model.
Phase 5 looks at evaluating the Intentional Marketing System that you have created and determining what needs to be done next.
